How far in advance do I need to order?

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before your selected pickup date and window. Same-day orders are not accepted.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup locations and available windows are shown during checkout. We will send you a confirmation email with the exact address and instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected securely at the time of order. Your card data never touches our servers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before your pickup date will receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, a preparation fee may apply. Contact us to request a change or cancellation.

What allergens are in your products?

Products may contain wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, and other allergens. Each product page lists specific allergen information. Our kitchen is not allergen-free.

Are your products made in a licensed commercial kitchen?

Marketstead UAT operates under Vermont's cottage-food exemption. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Vermont Department of Health and are not intended for resale.
